1. Product Creation and Ordering
All products sold through Stunning Phone Cases are made to order. Each item is created once your order is placed to ensure quality and craftsmanship. Because of this, production and delivery times may vary. We strive to fulfill orders promptly while maintaining high-quality standards. By placing an order, you confirm that all details, including shipping and product information, are accurate. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect information. Stunning Phone Cases reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders due to suspected fraud, payment issues, or violations of these Terms.

2. Return, Exchange, and Cancellation Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy for items that have defects in craftsmanship or production. To qualify, the issue must be a manufacturing defect such as printing or assembly error. Damage resulting from misuse, accidents, normal wear, or unauthorized modifications is not covered. All returns and exchanges require a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items returned without an RMA will not be accepted. Because every product is made to order, orders cannot be canceled or modified once production has started.

3. How to Request a Return or Exchange
To request a return or exchange, contact us at support@stunningphonecases.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, a brief description of the defect, and photographs if applicable. Our team will review your request within 3–5 business days. If approved, we will provide an RMA number along with return instructions.

4. Shipping for Returns and Exchanges
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a confirmed error by Stunning Phone Cases. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping your shipping receipt. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit. When a replacement is approved, a new item will be produced and shipped at no extra charge once the returned product is received.

5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Refunds exclude original shipping costs unless the return results from a company error. If your refund takes longer than 10 business days, contact your payment provider for additional information.

6. Product Representation
We make every effort to display product images and colors accurately. However, minor variations may occur due to monitor differences or printing processes. These slight differences do not qualify as product defects.

7. Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, graphics, logos, product designs, and images, is the intellectual property of Stunning Phone Cases and is protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability
